Singular entity atlas passive tree not functioning properly

The notable dictates that fog will dissipate after 10 seconds but it remains at 4 seconds. The dissipating slower part seems to be functioning, but the 10 seconds part is not. Softcore Sanctum League

This was not the case in previous leagues with the timer actually showing 10+ seconds
Hey guys. Problem still exist. Can some1 tell if we r working on it?

"The Singular Eternity" node dose not providing extra seconds for fog

As far as I know it has always meant that you get an extra 10 seconds before the delirium donut ring starts to widen up and end the delirium, not the timer at which counts down when you are out of the mist.
Mechanic Misconception:

Are your minions "randomly dying"? Do you have the Fleshcrafter unique equipped?
If you answered "Yes" to both of these, high chance is that your minions have over 50% chaos resistance, converting 100% of their HP into ES, killing them.
