Ruthless + Heralding Minions + Ice prison = at once - seriously?

Please remove the ENTIRE Herlding minions mod from Ruthles ( or better from entire game ). This is most stupid mod in game.
Ruthles is the best gamemode for me <3 but Herolding minions + Ice prision is overkill. No matter how good you are, it's just a matter of time until it hits you. No chance (no escape gems). Yesterday I met this in game on act III and I just fell out of the game.
