Quality from Intrisic Catalyst only visually increasing the value of a stat.

My crystal belt is only adding the strength from the base stat rather than what it should after the Intrinsic Catalyst quality. Visually the belt tells me it should add 72 strength, increased with quality from the 60 strength mod.

My strength without the belt is 90

The belt clearly says it should be giving 72 strength, but the base mod is 60

Steps Taken:
In hideout

Used 4 Intrinsic Catalysts from the metamorph tab on the belt while it was magic, scoured, then used three more while it was normal rarity.

Transmuted and used a decent amount of alteration orbs

Used a regal orb and then equipped
