Breach scarabs not working?

Since yesterday I have been grinding Breach with almost all Atlas passive skill points allocated into the mechanic. With rusted and polished breach scarabs I averaged 2-3 breaches per map(12.12.22). Today I logged in and everytime I used a polished Breach scarab I rarely got two breaches, even using big map layouts and the same maps I used on the 12th of december, namely burial chambers and promenade. The Map device crafting option seems to be working just fine. The scarabs seem to be affected by the issue.

Quick note: Stream of consciousness is not active and the scarabs are always consumed. Restarted the game a couple of times today.

Hi everybody, an Update to the issue: I missread the Growing Hordes notable and it was responsible for the breaches not appearing. This thread can be closed.
