Can't progress Sanctum due to client crash that happens every time when trying to enter next room

1. Enter map
2. Enter Santum
3. Select next room
4. Client crash and rollback (lost all loot and map portals)

Tried a bunch on different maps, selecting different rooms and client crashes every single time and rolls back my loot and I lose the map portals.

Possibly related to double 'black smoke' affliction since you can't see any rooms? Think I got the double affliction just before this room.

EDIT:
- changing servers doesn't help
- can still 'save' a Santum room for later (but next map will again crash the client)
