Commander of Darkness ascendency affects not showing in town

One of the things that necromancer's ascendency "Commander of Darkness" gives is you and near by allies gain +30 to elemental resistances. If your in a town and you display your character's Defense tab, the +30 is not included. If you leave town, the +30 is included on the display. Now, admittedly, you want the +30 when you're out of town, but not showing it in town can be confusing. I assume an ascendency is enabled regardless of where you are.

this isn't a bug, this functions as an aura and auras are not enabled in towns.
