watcher's eye unintended bug with new beast craft?

Hi, not sure if intended or not, but you can hit multiple of the same mod if the new beast craft "wild hellion alpha" rerolls a watchers eye mod into one you already have.

I feel like a change this massive would have been mentioned so i just wanted to report it in case it was unintended to work this way and is bugged.
