Pathfinder: Life Flask Recovery is Not Removed When Full
|
Currently, there are no good recovery options for an evasion-based Pathfinder/ranger build.
While it makes amazing thematic sense to use life flasks as a form of recovery, the damage that evasion characters take is so spiky that it doesn't make sense for life-flask investment. We have to spam the flasks constantly because we take a lot of damage very infrequently. Also, because our side of the tree gets so little life, investing in recovery is useless. While armour-based pathfinders can use "life recovery on flask use", it is completely impossible to balance around "gain flask charges when hit", without nerfing the modifier to the ground for everyone What I think could be a cool addition is an ascendancy passive similar to enduring mana flasks, but for life flasks. Then, the prefix modifiers we add to our life flasks makes more tactical sense as well. An instant flask might not be the only option and more flask duration might be nice to have for a more passive approach. Last bumped on Mar 30, 2023, 3:31:58 PM
