Apex of Ascension Incursion room cannot upgrade Incursion uniques

In the Apex of Ascension Incursion room you cannot uprade uniques upgradable with a vial, you can place the vial and the item into the sacrifice altar, but the sacrifice button is greyed out.
More specifically I tried to upgrade Tempered Mind with a Vial of Transcendence in an ilvl 77 temple. Bug report reference: 1 328 785 158  Last bumped on Dec 11, 2022, 11:27:26 AM
