[Forbidden Sanctum] 'End of Sanctum reward' despawns during the run

I chose the 'Receive 2x Divine Orbs on completing the Sanctum' option in my run (https://puu.sh/JtNyO/2a8b7fd69a.jpg;https://puu.sh/JtNyY/1205c47591.jpg). I was able to finish the Sanctum, but did not get the two Divine Orbs at the end (https://streamable.com/h8g63t).
Unfortunately I have a gap in my videos between end of floor 3 and start of floor 4 and only see the floor 4 run starting from room 5, but I can see that the buff icon that indicates the 2x Divine Orb reward is not there anymore in the middle of my floor 4 run (the icon at the end of the boss fight is from another end of sanctum reward I've chosen right before). The Divine Orb icon still exists when I kill the boss of floor 3, so it must have despawned at some point after completing floor 3 / starting floor 4. Last bumped on Dec 18, 2022, 3:05:54 PM

I also had this happen to me, had multiple end of sanctum rewards, and then only sanctum floor rewards pop up in the chest.

This happened to me as well. Start of floor 3 gave 2 Divines for beating the Sanctum, and it showed all the way up until I finished the run and it didn't drop. The only thing I can imagine having happened is that I used too low of a map for the last boss, but there was no warning or suggestion that the level of the map would alter the rewards.
Losing two divines to a bug feels like shit (and I'm not sure I'll bother with the league mechanic again before it's fixed), so if you could look into this and communicate what you find, that would be great. |

This just happened to me as well. Finished the 4th floor and did not get any of the end of the Sanctum rewards, including 2 divines, only received the end of the floor ones.

Had same thing happen just now for second time, green buffs disappear somewhere along the way and get no rewards from finishing sanctum after killing last boss. Hadnt seen that happen in few runs so thought they fixed it, but clearly not.
