Eldritch ember item is unusable

Trying to roll my boots with Lesser Eldritch Embers. Was able to apply the first one, but subsequent tries just results in the message "Failed to apply item: Item is unusable."
This is my first bug report, sorry if something is wrong with the format. Last bumped on Dec 10, 2022, 9:05:52 PM

I am having the same issue. Trying to apply a lesser eldritch ichor to a pair of gloves. The first one worked, but subsequent ichors will not apply.
