Constant game crashes and memory leak

The game crashes non stop, it uses so much ram that it messes with my pc and it makes it restart or even bluescreen at time!!! i can't even have it open with a browser because it will crash.
I've got an i7 9th gen, gtx 1660 ti, 16gb ram!!! it never happened before, please help i wanna play ggg :)

Try this -->
1. Run packcheck.exe as "an administrator",
2. Delete the local PoE cache files here -->
C:\Users\"your windows account name"\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile\
3. Now start PoE again as "an administrator". When at the login screen, select options.
4. Now set texture to MEDIUM and Sound channels to low.
5. Login to the game and remove ALL MTX from gems and gear (if you can't login to a char, then use another one and force all the MTX to be connected to this char and then try the other one again).
6. See if the issue is resolved ?

Depending if you are using DX11, Vulcan or DX12 then try changing between them.....

I tried that and while going into a map i got "CreateTexture2D: Not enough memory resources are available to complete this operation."
