I have the relic inventory but not the relic bag

Entering start sanctum room opening the stash gives me access to the storage space for relics but not the baggy where you stash the relics. I bought a relic thingy from vendor but can't find the bag to actually use it. I did add the quest relic to the baggy and now can't find the baggy to add the new relic I bought.
It's not 'press V' ;)

I see that "start of sanctum" could mean that you can't change relics on the go after you started on the floors, is that correct?

If so, I have a suggestion...
