PoE causes problems when watching video streaming on second monitor

PoE is the perfect game for playing while watching YouTube/Netflix/whatever, and I used to do that all the time, but recently having PoE open while trying to watch video streaming causes significant lag and interruptions.

Is there a reason for this that I can do something about? Has something changed recently with PoE, or is the problem more likely to be something on my end? I've tried using different browsers, but it hasn't made much difference. I've tried messing with PoE's settings, but I haven't been able to find anything that works.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received - I'd really like to get into the new league, but I'd love to have some YouTube to keep me company...

Also interested in this as my Twitch stream I'm watching will freeze while playing POE in Fullscreen Borderless. Never had the issue before.

Having same problem as of this patch

Been having the same issues. Only thing that worked for me was disabling engine multi-threading. Unfortunately the Game isn't exactly an enjoyable experience with that setting disabled.
