You need a Ruthless-specific filter. Go to pathofexile.com/ruthless for more info.

Well, then I must congratulate you, you just drowned me because my filter will not work at all. It can't be converted to Ruthless because the word doesn't work:

If you need to use a filter, its clearly not Ruthless enough.

You can download a working ruthless filter on filterblade by neversink. He has only made it available for download there.
