EB allocated ES recharge prevention by Frost Shield

I use EB with 800ES as my "mana" resource, and try to use cwdt Frost Shield to enhance my defense.

However, triggered FS prevented ES recharge for about 1-2 extra seconds after ES consumed by FS. Then I tested self cast and got the same result.

Since ES with EB protects mana, damage taken or mana consuming cannot prevent its recharge. I think it might be a bug, which might disable skills for about 1-2 seconds and lead to danger or death.

If confirmed as a bug, I hope it could be fixed as soon as possible.

I've read it carefully several times.

It only drains energy shield for 1 second, but during the draining time, my ES stopped recharge, and even 1 second after draining, it didn't start to recharge.

"Energy shield will automatically begin to recharge if the character does not take any damage for a certain period of time." But for EB, damage won't stop recharging any more.

I calculated the value of ES drained, and the total value (max value)-(after FS triggered) is just the value of (1 second drain)+(its mana cost value). It means during the draining time my ES did stop recharging.

"Place a Frost Shield that drains your energy shield for one second or until you run out", there is no text says to stop ES recharge right?
