Forbidden Rite Celestial Cat MTX being left out during Celestial MTX Sales

I don't know if this is intentional or a bug but the FR Celestial Cat MTX has go on sale ONCE since its release since May. To put this into perspective, the Apolloyon Shockwave MTX that was released with it has been on sale with the rest of the non-new celestial MTX skills SEVEN times since its release. The FR Celestial Cat MTX is the only one which this has happened to after it has been demoted from its "New" store status.
