I think they also drop in the silver chests, someone who actually runs lab can confirm.

Confirmed, dropped one randomly on a Normal labyrinth I did with a Standard 90+ character for ascendancy change, from a Treasure Chest.
Guess it was a stroke of luck, but Normal labyrinth are purposefully shorter than usual, don't know if it can be a valid farming strategy |
