Lycia is probably a master strigoi which covers the whole arena in area denial zone ground effects and teleports right into your read end and make you explode from the inside.

Well GGG did Kalandra, a major name in Wraeclast, pretty dirty as a bird lady with a few voice lines.
I cant imagine anything significant for Lycia, unless the team behind the lore took the 3.19 laughable additions personally, and demanded some more dev time. "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt."
