Cannot install Wrong Hash

Hi, Im new to POE, I downloaded and installed the game on my pc(Windows 10) just fine but when i tried installing it on my gf's pc(Windows 7), it says downloaded file has the wrong hash. I tried several times uninstalling and deleting the poe folder then reinstalling it but the same error keeps coming up. Ive read the other posts about this problem but there wasnt a solution that was presented other than a VPN which doesnt seem to work for some people. Me and my gf have the same isp so it cant be that. Also the time difference between my successful installation and my gf's failed installation is just one day.

I dont think its the windows version since its still in the download stage. Plus the min requirements for POE does include windows 7

Windows 7 is no longer supported, please use either Windows 10 or Windows 11 (QT6)
