I am reading through patch notes but, I can't figure out:

There are a considerable number of jewels not explicitly mentioned in the patch notes that can be safely expected to still be in the game; essentially, all of the ones with drop restrictions.
Split Personality is only available from Delirium content, specifically the Simulacrum. It's existance should be as unaffected as the Watcher's Eye, only available from the Elder. |
