Why are you GGG so insulting towards your playerbase?

With the latest Curese Manifesto and Q&A Curse Manifesto you ONCE AGAIN showed how LITTLE you care about us, the Playerbase.

Once again you never mentioned or gave us the information about those hidden penalties. How are we suppose to make builds if we don't know what we are up against?

Vulnerability never worked in the first place and you literally didn't think it was WORTH MENTIONING or even FIXING it? For how long didn't it work? Since 0.9.2? 11 years ago? We were wasting passive points, gem slots and item mods and you didn't think it was important to tell us?

from my take, what they meant about hidden penalty is the curse effectiveness against bosses.

newer players might not know about it and it is not clearly available for new players to find out.

they did however inform players about this in patch notes a long time ago when they implemented this IIRC

unless there are other different hidden i think GGG is being transparent

as for the vulnerability now working, thats really bad but at the least theyre being honest about it.

The Vulnerability thing was funny but not surprising.

Leap Slam has bugged since beta causing players to get stuck in terrain.
They never fixed horizontal axis distance either.

It's sadly common for bugs to last 2+ years in F2P games. Even when they're reported.
Fixing bugs doesn't make money. New content does. So they rarely look back.

We? PoE players make builds after PATCH NOTE, not manifesto, if you want make builds without knowledge of any buffs/nerfs/new gems/uniques/tree passives etc. it's only your choice.

wait until you find out they sometimes tweak drop rates and crafting outcomes to be more lucky or less lucky multiple times during an active league without announcing it...
