echoes of creation - ailment damage

does not work for ignite



even if it was just tooltip issue in character sheet i can tell you it doesn't work from testing aswell.



looking here how old seismic cry worked, and that wording, along with echoes of creation logically it should also increase ailment damage.

please fix.
