Can we get Option to turn off Pantheons when need (Self-Chill)

I respec my Inquisitor to Self-Chill spark and you can not get flask that remove freeze without it also removing chill. So this leaves Pantheon as a Self-Chill build that relies on self chill. Problem is I already have all my Pantheons so now I basically have no way to deal with freeze without losing my ability to self-chill. To boot this build relies heavily on Lethe Shade which makes freezes last like 4 seconds...

Would be nice please, although I realize the best solution is to just not take the pantheon option.

Get "Cannot be Frozen" on a pair of boots. Remove the pantheon.
