when do you get those alerts ? When you play or access the website ?

Actually i have to test it cause when i open poe i always have trade site open.
Thing is itsn't always there, happens sometimes but when it does it just spams this alert for a couple of minutes.
I'll try to narrow it down and contact them via email after.
