Proliferation effect invisible while using Torturer's Gloves MTX.

Equipping a version of the Torturer's Gloves MTX changes the visual effect of the corresponding ailment. In doing so, it also makes the visual effect of proliferation invisible. I only have the Burning Torturer's Gloves, but I'm assuming it works the same way for the other elemental ailments.

Note that proliferation still works as intended with the gloves equipped. It just turns the circles invisible.
