Crest of Desire use cases?

What are some of the best uses for this helmet?


- Storm Brand in helmet to proc the shocks and then lightning conduit in a 6 link chest for the damage?


- Orb of Storms in helmet and then any lightning skill in a 6 link chest would basically mean 2 x 6 link damage skills


- Storm brand in 6 link chest, Herald of Thunder in helmet for 2nd damage source, and then any lightning skill like Ball lightning or Tendrils or something in a 6L staff for 3 x 6 link damage sources?


- Phantasmal Frostbolt in helmet with 100% quality so that 100% of projectiles return


- Anomalous Ball Lightning in helmet with 100% quality means 50% of them are supercharged


- Righteous Fire in helmet would give it extra "more spell damage"


- Divergent Creeping Frost could get a lot of extra projectiles


- 6L Winter Orb in chest for mapping, and then Discharge in the helmet for bosses with 12 power / 12 frenzy charges?



What are the most effective Crest of Desire builds?

Discharge and Creeping Frost seem to be most popular (https://poe.ninja/challenge/builds?item=Crest-of-Desire). In the past I believe it had some use in the Herald of Thunder Storm Secret autobomber, but not sure if it's still the best way to play it.
