BR Oi - Ping goes to 130 after about half an hour

Hi
I change my hideout, and after half an hour the ping is 130+, is google cloud taking effect at this moment of event? (I don't know if there are many people playing PoE rn)

I'm from Brazil-SA, I noticed that the connection started to go through NYC-US at hop 10, and in the past 30 minutes it was like the WinMTR below, staying directly here in the country, would that be the google cloud?

I changed hideout and the ping went down, now it doesn't go through NYC-US, but I'm pretty sure it will go away in half an hour, since when I was in the top WinMTR hideout it was 22ms

After half an hour the ping has increased again, I'm seeing that PoE created another IP for the same hideout (creating a new instance in the HO)

Does anyone know why this is happening?

I have something very similar here. But it doesn't just happen in hideout. With each change of map (or instance) the ping goes from 30-40ms to 150-165.
I'm already tired of complaining to the operator (Oi) and Anatel and GGG doesn't seem to pay any attention to this, since the topic in the forum in Portuguese is molding and there is no response from them.

EN - I have Oi ISP too (Im from south), it seems that this is an Oi problem so I will complain about it again to Anatel (Anatel belongs to the state to regulate the isps here in the country).

I had asked someone who lives in the US to enter my Hideout to find out the ping and the guy said it was 170ms.

In the sequence, I asked the global pt for a BR to come to my hideout and he said it was 13 for him, I asked which ISP he had, he replied Vivo.

Conclusion: It's the Oi switches sending the connection out of the country and coming back here. GGG has nothing to do with it and ppl complaining about GGG here on the forum without going into depth, it helps to have that reputation that GGG servers here in Brazil are bad, when in fact it's the ISPs.

But of course, we cannot ignore the fact that GGG hosts in IPv4, forcing our connection to go through a CGNAT (Since the remaining public IPv4 is over).
Until the sites/servers migrate to IPv6, there will be this CGNAT stress.

EN - Waste of time, CGNAT is as if the router in your house, as well as the router in other houses in the country, have their routers connected to a router at the central ISP, and what is causing the problem is the router at the ISP, not your router.
This gamer mode they refer to, must be those local settings for your network to prioritize game port traffic (Only on your network), and leave the browser ports as secondary so as not to stop the gameplay, this rule ends up in your router , from there to the street you are on CGNAT. This shows that they are far from understanding the problem.
In WinMTR this is clear to see from hop 8 to 9 in the image below, look at the average.

Mesmo Problema aqui.

Tristeza muda para ipv6 GGG =(

Não consegui resolver.
going by what the WinMTR's are showing, the ones that are giving the extra latency are taking a different route, most likely going around a problem, but that means it is getting routed to NYC then back to the BR server

You can see that problem starting after the second hop where the IP address gets stuck in the 100.120 range before bouncing to the nyc one

The solution is stop blaming GGG and call your ISP and provide them with a WinMTR showing the problem....becuase the one shown here is on the ISP end.
