Elemental Equilibrium - how does it work?

Hits that deal Elemental Damage remove Exposure to those Elements and inflict Exposure to other Elements

Exposure inflicted this way applies -25% to Resistances


So, what happens if my attack has all three elements at once? Does it do nothing, or does every Resistance lose 25%?

If it does nothing, is there a Passive which does benefit hitting with all three Elements?

It does nothing. If you play all 3, you should use Trinity Support if you don't already. Nodes on the tree that benefit "elemental" rather than a particular one are nice too as all 3 get boosted.

just a heads up you need two of the damage types to be able to be the maximum damage type to use trinity

so 1-1000 lightning and 300-500 cold is great, 600-800 fire and 300-500 cold is not. It doesn't have to occur that often so usually not a struggle to get going.
