authenticating epic account

I am having issues authenticating my account via email. I have triple checked my email address and it is correct. However I am not receiving any authentication email. Have re-sent multiple times over a time period of 12 hours.
Very keen to get access. Please advise if i am missing something. Last bumped on Nov 9, 2022, 6:00:14 PM

" nothing can be done via the forum since GGG doesn't allow account support like this via the forum. You can only do it by e-mail to support. However did you rememebr to whitelist the GGG e-mail in your e-mail solution ? Did you also check your SPAM folder ? |

If you continue to email support, all you're doing is pushing yourself to the very very bottom of the queue. STOP. Wait for an email before continuing forward.
