Trade Market on Xbox not working

When i go to click on Trade website is says
" I can't find in my settings anything that would fix this issue. I've researched fixes for about an hour and can't find anything, just the post sharing that trading through the website will be coming to console and posts from years ago. Guess you reached the rate limit.
Go to tech support section of the forum or dm ggg support to remove/reset the rate limit in using the web based trade site This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee. About the username: Did you know Kowloon Gundam is made in Neo Hong Kong?
