Some random auras appeared during mapping

Can someone explain what caused this blessing during mapping. I got 2-2 additional auras randomly. (My vitality is hidden by my setting) Look my pics. Welcome any answer! Its the packs of monsters that convert when killed (the little totem things)
Sometimes they have auras that will effect you when converted. |
