Killed Elder in The Shaper's REalm and got no voidstone

I checked with Kirac and no voidstone there either, is this a bug??? It's my first time I kill him, but only went there to get the voidstone, so I'm like wtf!!!

Just to be clear, "Elder in the Shaper's Realm" means Uber Elder (you fight Elder and Shaper at the same time) and not normal Elder (you fight him alone).

Kirac can have a stone (sometimes you need to scroll down his dialogues on the right)
