Map device crafts: Use chisels, not chaos orbs

Currently, Cartographer Chisels serve no purpose but as quality currency for maps.

Higher map quality brings improved chances for league mechanics to appear in maps, among other effects.

Currently also, you can set to guarantee league mechanics to appear in map by paying Chaos Orbs for map crafting options.

It feels more fitting and thematic if Map Crafting options cost Chisels instead:

For Example,

Fortune Favors the brave = 8 chisels
Abyss = 6 chisels
Heist = 15 chisels


This way, you can also just stock up on chisels like Harvest lifeforce, and have another map device craft option to consume chisels to set maps 20% quality, cost scaling on rarity and current map quality.

This will allow flexibility for players if they prefer to manually alc+chisel in stash or would rather just auto-20% qual their maps if possible.

i always have like 1000 chisels by the end of league just sitting there,this would make a good sue for them
conceptually a good idea, but the game needs chaos as the cost to make sure they leave the economy.

otherwise you would just have to bulk buy another currency to run your maps(as you would run out eventually at points)... and we all know how bad it is trying to buy currency and such.
map crafts costing chaos is *why* chaos have value

yes, the crafting bench uses some chaos up. but the map table uses many, many more over the course of a league

if you change the map table to other currency, youll end up with divines costing double the chaos or worse. because their use case would be down to a couple crafts and then actual chaos spamming items.
