returning player WTB any full builds

hello everyone,
returning player here been off this game for about 4 years now.
im trying to find any build for any class that'll allow me to experience end game content.
My current budget is 30-70 divines i can sell a few more of the legacy items i have if i needed to.
I wanted to follow some of the builds i've found here and on youtube but they mostly all end up needing one or more very expensive items.
if possible nothing with totems or traps cause i dont enjoy that kind of playstyle but anything else will do anything that'll help me reach end game and if possible clear it.
