No vendor recipe to remove gem quality?

I need to use divergent convocation for my build but since I'm using ashes, it has to have zero quality, otherwise its cooldown becomes like 70 seconds when it would be like 6 seconds with low quality.

Since these gems drop with high quality, no one in the trade (including offline) has any gem with less than 10 quality, so I'm stuck.

It's strange how we have vendor gem recipes for all kinds of stuff but there's no way to remove gem quality.

Can we have something that would do this?

There are two ways (as far as i know) to get 0% quality alternate gems

1. Corrupting a gem can give -10% to quality. Hence corrupting a +10% quality may yeild a 0% quality gem

2. Using a prime/secondary regrading lens on a 0% quality gem.

I know about the regrader but divergent convocation has only 5 weight. the other one has 100 weight... probably not happening

So roughly a 1 in 20 chance from superior quality to divergent.

In case you hit anomalous on the first try, you can try regrading lens on the anomalous since superior quality (i.e normal quality) has a 50 weight against a 5 weight on divergent which makes it roughly a 1 in 10 chance.
