I don't know what happened and What should I do?

TFT mods do whatever they want, doesn't matter whether you did something or not. You can make an appeal, if that doesn't work, well learn to live without it. Nobody here can do anything about it since it's not related to GGG in the first place.

if you submitted an appeal you just have to wait.

that proof isn't really showing proof either... failed to also include a SS mousing over the linked one on PM(or the trade listing itself) and possible the guy accidentally clicked direct whisper on the wrong listing.

From screenshot it looks like you traded the wrong item, or at least the buyer thinks you did.

Did you change the tablet when he asked? Or gave a refund? Or responded the message, to clarify the situation?

And TFT is the biggest trade for this game.
If I can't use it I will remove this game from my PC.

As others have mentioned, its a weak accusation with no screenshot of the tablet they requested to evidence that they received the wrong item, nor the trade exchange itself to demonstrate that you traded with them.

And as you say, its clearly not you.

(1) the character they messaged was [Removed by Support], which may be two characters on the same account. You don't have any characters with those names.

(2) I agree that the characters showing in Korean when you are clearly a Thai account suggests that this is not you.

With that said, 24 hours isn't much time. Give them time to review your appeal and let us know what happens. I have no experience with their process, but I can't imagine the ban sticking when the evidence provided by the accuser clearly indicating that it is another user, and that its over 10c.

You are at the mercy of TFT's process. No one here can help you. Threatening to remove the game from your PC does nothing.
