The GPU will not respond to more commands: invalid Command passed by the application

I am continually getting this GPU error only when playing POE. Mos the time the application just crashes sometimes a Error comes up that and reason as invalid command passed by calling application. I have done all of the standard validations and updates for the computer and have turned of multithreading, but his still accrues. It happens everywhere in the game. It even happens when just sitting in the hideout doing nothing.
