Discharge with no charges

Kalandra league rings with mod "-# to Minimum x charges" enables Discharge to be used with no charges.
It also considers the negative amount of minimum charges to be "Removed" (How is it "Removing" charge when you have none?), thus increasing damage and AOE with zero investment into charges.

On top of this with the threshold jewel Endless Misery and The weapon craft "Trigger socketed spell when you use a skill with 8 second cooldown" together allows casting discharge manually to trigger the 2nd discharge attached to the weapon.

Please either change the wordings on Discharge gem to support this behavior or fix it so it no longer works with Zero charges.

Yes this is a known thing, but I'm pretty sure Mark said the fix will be going out in 3.20? or something like that, since people get angry if they have invested in this build, even though it may be a bug, for it to be fixed and all their investment gone to waste.

As for the mechanics, it's probably like discharge calculates current charges - minimum charges for how many it explodes, but if you have negative minimum charges it goes current charges - - minimum charges, so it ends up being a positive? haha seems like it
Mechanic Misconception:

Are your minions "randomly dying"? Do you have the Fleshcrafter unique equipped?
If you answered "Yes" to both of these, high chance is that your minions have over 50% chaos resistance, converting 100% of their HP into ES, killing them.
this is a bug that will be fixed in 3.20, its being left alone for the league as GGG prefers not to murder builds mid league unless it is clearly an exploit/causes server stability issues.
