Tier4 harvest

Hello again...
Another one of those things where basic knowledge is hard to find... I understand that harvests have tiers, 1 - 4, but every explanation I found about it just explains things ABOUT t4 harvests (that only there you encounter the bosses, that only they drop that heart thingy etc.), but nothing about HOW to get a t4 harvest...
Is it tied to the map tier, can I DO anything to get one or is it just random?
Again, everyone seems to know that already, but no one bothers to explain it for new players lol

You need confirmation for this, since is only based on my experience and no written facts. T4 Seeds are very rare and only exist in red maps. I didn't get any T4 seeds below T14 maps, but I may be wrong with this since the majority of maps played are T14+. They drop the Key to the Oshabi Boss fight with around 10% after being defeated. I think the appearance of them is purely random like every other seed, but the amount of lifeforce dropped is influenced by map quantity and Harvest Atlas choices.

Nope, have seen T4 in white maps. But they are really rare.

So what both of you are saying is, that whatever map tier I run, whenever a harvest spawns, it is randomly t1 to t4, maybe more probable on higher maps, but basically all harvest tiers may appear on all map tiers... Very strange mechanic, don't you think?

Not strange at all. T1-4 refers to the types of monsters a field holds, not the field itself (in case you were confused on this). T1 are the lines that are greyed out. T2 are the brighter white lines. T3 are the yellow lines. T4 is a named guy listed in orange.

I have been farming T16 and in approximately 30 harvests have found 2 T4 bosses, neither dropped a sacred blossom.

Not something you'll easily do, pretty sure they balanced it around TFT.

The blossom drop chance is around 10%, but T4 bosses are a lot more common than before. I fractured 3 items this league in SSF, which is more than I've fractured in all leagues since and including harvest.

Ive done ~30 harvests, T16, Heart of the Grove, zero T4 plants. Just so you don't feel cheated if you dont get one.

Even when I get T4 plant, usually it yields no blossom. Harvest is being systematically decimated under pretense of "hey it is now tradable and we have never heard of that Discord thing!". Few games are so aggressive towards their own players in shoving "intended way to play" down their throats.

I've killed well over a couple of dozen T4 plants this league. I've only had a single blossom drop.
