T4 Aisling failed to obey meta mods?

I just had a bow with added fire/cold/lightning prefixes (flat damage to attacks) and bow attacks fire an additional arrow(attack tagged) with crafted Cannot Roll Attack Mods, used T4 Aisling and it removed lightning damage to attacks prefix.

" ah... I checked their own website description of it and it doesn't even say that.... lol Bench with "Remove a random modifier, replacing it with a veiled modifier instead." Note: Only non-signature veiled modifiers can be added this way. The bench will respect meta-crafting modifiers. oh well I guess | |

Aisling respects suff/pref cannot be changed.
