- any kind of automatisation of user input

- running more than one client and serving all clients with one manual input method

- evaluation of screenshots of game content

- a single mouse click or keyboard key resulting in more than one command sent to the server

- any manipulation of client side resources (files, etc)

- reading and evaluating of network communication or the client's memory

it's easier to look what's allowed:
- sending one keystroke to the client to copy the description of the object under the mouse cursor to the clipboard

- reading and evaluating the game's logfile

- having a keyboard input bound to a single ingame command (like pressing f5 to send "/hideout <enter>" to he client)
