Celestial Hideout unlock chance?

Hi all just curious on what the chance is on getting the celestial hideout from killer shaper? Im close to 10 kills now and have heard it could take 100+. Just looking for some advice. Thanks

It definitely took at least several dozen kills for me. Cannot say exactly, because I discovered that hideout already unlocked much later and by accident, when opening hideout menu for another purpose.

Wiki says 1/100 (speculation), so around 63 Shaper runs on average.
