Sacrifies of Dusk not consumed

I have placed Sacrifices (Stack of 5) in my Map device and then a Map and Sacrifice doesn't get consumed, still 5 in the Map device... Is this bugged?

I read Sacrifices placed with Maps increase Items Quantity or something like that and I have so many of them.

I tried white/yellow/red maps and I still have a Stack of 5.

Any answers/ help would be appreciated.

Do you have the atlas keystone passive "Stream of Conciousness" allocated? It prevents you from using fragments to modify maps.

This includes Sacrifice fragments, Scarabs, and Blood-filled Vessels.
