re-visit the Ascendancy alter?

I am playing a Scion. I completed the first (lowest) labyrinth. I did not know yet what ascendant class I wanted to pick, so I just returned to town. Now I do not have any ascendancy points on my tree and cannot figure out how to get back to the ascendancy alter to pick my ascendant class. Do I have to re-do the labyrinth? or am I missing something. PS I know I finished it correctly as I got the enchantment on my gloves in the alter room at the end.

Scion has only one ascendancy class, and to get it (as well as 2 ascendancy points), you need to click on the altar, then the labyrinth is considered completed.

You have to do the lab again. You need to click the alter and then click "Ascend". That's when you get your points.
You don't need to ascend to enchant you gloves. |
