Bug reports - mods

What is the point in doing a bug report when a moderator (read ChrisR_GGG) always moves the topic to "Gameplay discussion"?

In my opinion, I think ChrisR_GGG isn't suited to be a forum moderator.
isn't it embarrassing to just brush away bug reports like that? I'm a developer myself and I would shit my pants if I treated my customers they way I have been treated here when I've posted bug reports.

I expect proper response, not just some mod moving my topic to a random sub-forum. I posted it in bug reports because I deem it to be a bug. IF you want it moved, have someone look into it, comment and say it's been placed in the backlog and then close the topic. Don't move it. That's just incredibly disrespectful.

TLDR: Respect your customers, don't let moderators abuse their powers. This is really awful behavior.
