Uber Elder Fragment RNG

I have near 6k hours in this game, play for real since Delirium and the most frustrating thing in this game is the Uber Elder fragments rng, the shaper part specifically.

Shaper does not drop anything good, at least compared to Elder's Watcher's Eye to the point you would never run Shaper outside of Uber Elder fragments or Feared.
The fight itself is a masterpiece, really good the FIRST time you do it, but is annoying to farm, it is long and has too many invulnerability stages.

I understand you don't want to put an exchange option for it in Harvest, that's fine, but every league I play I get frustrated doing it. I did my 9 Shaper in a row and got all Fragments of Knowledge. I'm playing ssf this league so I can't do anything about it.

I feel that this happens in every league even when I'm playing trade I have to go to TFT to trade fragments.

I know it is hard to change this now, because of development time, but I feel that the best solution would be to put in the map device the Uber Elder part that you have to spare on the normal Shaper set so it would automatically drop the other part. In my case, I would put Fragment of Knowledge instead of the Fragment of the Hydra, for example.
This way there would be a cost so trade players would probably not abuse in any way, and ssf would only do it in extreme cases.
