Settings Reset everytime I close the game

As the title suggests, all the settings reset when I turn off my PC. The next time I start the game, it is like the first time I opened it. It is absolutely annoying. Does someone know how to fix this? I was googling for a long time for a fix, but I couldn't find one that works.

Check the properties of the production_Config.ini file, uncheck "read-only" if it is. Maybe it's interfering with syncing with OneDrive.

I checked all the production_Config.ini files, since there are several and none of them had the read-only mark checked. So I don't understand why this shit happens.
