You have 3% chance to get a special craft for the map device completing a map if you have the atlas passive that does that
|

Search for Shaping the Skies in the Atlas passive tree, that is the notable you need. But I've had it for around 3000 maps and I just got a handful of Monster Treasure crafts. On the bright side you could get other useful too stuff like improved offering of the goddess.
