Stuck on load screen for only one character

Hi, I've been playing a SSF character recently, I went to log in today and I'm stuck on Karui Shores loadscreen, with spinning gears, forever. The odd thing is that all my other characters can log in just fine, its only my inquisitor Sochimofyou that gets stuck. So to me that means its probably not a hardware or settings problem.

So I figured the Karui Shore instance might be down temporarily. I first tried logging in about 2 hours ago, left and came back now and still can't get in game on this one character. Is this a known problem? How can I defeat this loadscreen?

I reinstalled the game, still stuck.

Changing my gateway solved it.
